What Your Background Gives You
Years working in trades has already equipped you with things that can't easily be taught. Practical judgement, site awareness, the ability to work as part of a team under real pressure and a commitment to delivering to a standard.
In roles across project management, site operations, technical teams and HSEQ, that grounding is an advantage from day one.
If you've worked in construction, you already understand how large-scale projects come together from the ground up. How to coordinate across disciplines, navigate complexity as it evolves on site, and keep work moving forward when things don't go to plan.
That understanding of how projects are planned, sequenced and delivered is directly relevant to the work we do and the infrastructure we build.
